Having utilized Robert's skills in the past and most recently taken up residency in Northern Ontario 800km away , having a need for a mortgage with someone who is trustworthy with a proven track record Robert's is always looking out for his client's best interest. He is quick to offer solid suggestions , quick to confirm availability of financing, and quick with replying. Thank You Robert, when the lights looked dim you shone a much needed light. We worked with Sean Howard to get a mortgage for our first home. He was absolutely amazing, and we cannot thank him enough for his effort and attention to us. We always felt like Sean was on our side, and helping us in every way that he could. He put in so much work to make sure all bases were covered all the time, and always provided clear information and direction. Would recommend Sean to anyone and everyone!

Sean was recommended to us by a friend and was nothing short of exceptional! As first time home buyers, we had so much to learn and Sean was always there to teach us. He taught us everything we needed to know when it came to mortgages, expenses and the purchasing process. Sean is very responsive and easy to reach which gave us peace of mind during the home buying process. I will always recommend Sean to friends and family!

Robert is simply the best mortgage broker I could have asked for. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, confident, and reliable. He took the time to clearly explain each and every step of the process and made sure my partner and I truly understood our options, which made the entire experience feel stress-free. His communication was excellent — always extremely responsive, clear, and honest — and we truly appreciated the straightforward advice he provided. On top of all that, Robert worked incredibly quickly and helped us achieve a fast closing date on our first home without ever sacrificing accuracy or care. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely, who genuinely has your best interests at heart, Robert is the one. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have never been so pumped to write a review, and luckily this is a positive one. To those that want the short version, yes, this is another glowing review for Sean, you need not to look further for a mortgage broker. Sean is the real deal, the truly no pressure, solid mortgage deal, all around gem you’re looking for. Just reach out to him to chat, you’ll see what I mean.

Sean was recommended to us by a friend, but being a first time home buyer not knowing much about this real estate world, I wanted to talk to as many people to make sure I am making a good decision with our first home. On top of speaking with the big banks and a couple of other mortgage brokers, Sean stands out for his ability to explain the process, and give us several tips on what was the best financial moves for our situation. We took his advice and boy, what a live saver it has been. None of the other mortgage experts I spoke with gave us as solid advice as did Sean.

Now, of course on top of that, we got the best deal! Even our real estate lawyer was impressed when we told him what it was. A real estate lawyer potentially has more knowledge of what kind of rates people are choosing out there. So for our lawyer to be impressed really speaks to Sean’s magic more than me explaining why it was a good deal.

Lastly, Sean’s communication throughout the whole process is truly exceptional and he ensured that the transaction was carried out as smooth as butter. He is very responsive, ensured we had all our bases covered in case the lender came back with questions, and provided prompt updates without us needing to poke him at all.

Out of all the professionals I had to encounter throughout this whole process, that covers realtors to insurance brokers, Sean was our player of the series! The one professional that positively stands out throughout our home buying experience for his communication and deal making abilities of course. We are so grateful for the service that Sean provides and we will 100% will be coming back to him when it comes time to renew. Thank you, Sean!
