Why Our Move To A Virtual Office Is Good For Clients

Well, 2020 is over. For most of us, the year changed us. COVID made us reflect on all our lives. For Sean and myself, it was no different. For the safety of our clients, we made an early decision to work from home.

Guess what, we loved it. Most importantly, our clients never complained, not even once.

In fact, we feel our communication improved. How may you ask? By using the telephone much more and having deeper conversations and enhancing our relationships.

Are we going to miss meeting clients? Yes, in fact, our imagination often wonder what our clients are really like. In December, Sean and I decided to make the final decision.

In deciding to go virtual, our number one goal for the client is convenience.

We have tried to make it easy for your questions and thoughts to be communicated. If you want to communicate, even for wishing us well.

Last thing: what if you do not have a scanner, or don’t drive? Well, we will make it work. In December, we drove to Dunnville for an elderly woman. We will make it work. 🙂
