It is no secret in Hamilton that our real estate market continues to be very active. Much of the strength (with no surprise) come from the purchases of the GTA. The good news is that our real estate market is vibrant with strong price increases over the past several years. At Robert Floris’ Mortgage Architects office we have the other side as well. Good hardworking Hamiltonians are being pushed out of the market. Brantford and Caledonia have been particular favourites for our own clients.

The other major change of our youth is the starter homes are no longer detached homes but mainly condos and townhomes. It will be interesting down the road how Hamilton’s landscape will evolve.
