Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation which is essentially the Canadian government regulatory body studied our Hamilton Wentworth area. It is their belief that 2900 homes will be built in 2016 and they estimate 2800 to be built in 2016 and they estimate 2800 to be built in 2017. What peaked my interest was that CMHC believes the average price will be over 9 and a half million dollars.
