Hamilton real estate is no different. Kindly review the accompanying charts. The one statistic that jumps out at me is the months of inventory from the bottom chart at the left. The listings inventory is only 0.8 of one month or approximately 24 days. That is unheard of. Needless to say, it’s a great time to sell your home, but buying, not so much!
